When thinking about Erynne, what really strikes me is a commitment to follow through with everything she says she will do. A lot of agents can be very “salesy” and tell you what they think you want to hear, but Erynne is not like that. She’s a great communicator and negotiator and all of those things which you want in a person working for you, but the way she set out her expectations of herself in working for us and then holding true to them are what I think makes her a very impressive agent and person generally. Erynne was absolutely amazing during our sale of our investment property in Yarrabilba QLD. We live in Sydney, so we needed an agent who understood the local market, was reliable and very upfront about all aspects of the sale as we wouldnt be around at all. Shane has secured the sale but the conduct, communication and follow through on what was agreed was more than disappointing. In short, Shane dishonored the agreements for sale of two properties and sold only one which was an easy sale and then reneged on the sale of the second property as agreed. Very poor communication resulting in financial loss to us with the second agreement. Would not recommend or use his services again
