Michael is easy to deal with and communicates enough (but isn't a nuisance) so that I always felt I knew what was going on. He had individual ads for my house printed and distributed locally and I'm sure this was an effective sales tactic. When somebody made an offer, Michael told me about it and was willing to go back and negotiate a higher price immediately. He managed to raise the price to the amount I wanted and things were agreed very quickly. I was lucky that my house sold quickly but I was also lucky in choosing Michael Enever.
