Trustworthy Agent
On first meeting Michael, he listened and understood what we were looking for in a home. The first home he showed us we eventually bought. I understand that he has to work both sides of the fence but he worked hard to make the deal happen. No fuss no bull just open upfront honesty. If and when it comes time for me to sell I would definitely trust Michael with my home. My family and I are very grateful for finding us a home.... Thank you

Fantastic agent!
I researched all of the agents in our area and found that Michael was the most productive. He has excellent knowledge of a vast expanse of local and the not so local areas. Great experience.
I originally spoke with Michael following one of his recent sales and from that discussion he undertook a search on our behalf to find a similar property. Within a week Michael had spoken to a number of owners and identified a suitable property to be purchased off market. Michael provided insightful advice during the negotiation process and ultimately facilitated the purchase of our new property. Michael was professional, easy to deal with and knows his market. Without Michael's assistance we would have wasted a lot of time and would be still looking for a suitable property today. I have no hesitation in recommending Michael for a future property sale or purchase .

Good outcome achieved
We found Michael Enever always pleasant to work with and he followed up with everything that he said he would. Overall we were pleased with the sale of our house, the final price and the service that Michael provided us, which included ensuring genuine buyers only to view our home. We were disappointed on one count, for as the seller we did not have control over naming the settlement date, however the date was able to pulled forward somewhat for which we were grateful.
