Our family experience with Kostya dates back to first meeting in 2018 for a valuation. The presentation that was returned was prompt & precise giving us true market indications of surrounding areas. My father was extremely impressed with Kostya & Harcourts so upon dads passing I contacted agency to get advice on what I should do to make place more marketable. Their care factor in reference to my bereavement was lovely too, arriving home to flowers & a condolence card. He walked the property giving valuable advice which I engaged prior to renovations & marketing property for sale. From start to finish I was given support, provided with all information requests & the marketing was fantastic. Thankyou Kostya & team from Harcourts Belconnen you have been so supportive in our journey & you found our old very loved family home a wonderful new family. All the best in 2021 & again our sincerest gratitude for your incredible provision of services

Kostya was very professional and friendly. After just having a newborn baby and the beginning of the COVID pandemic he managed the sale of our house excellently under very difficult situations. He understood our needs and was able to meet these with ease. He is a great agent and is very easy to work with.

Kostya made the sale process of our mother's house very straight forward. The house was well advertised and the auction well attended. We were very pleased with the realised price.

Kostya did his homework and was well aware of the Braddon Market even though his office is in Belconnen. He communicated every step of the process so no nasty surprises and his professionalism in all areas was apparent. It was all over in 2 weeks and the whole process was like a well oiled machine.

We found Kostya to always be friendly, approachable and available. His advise on house presentation was invaluable and his local area knowledge was impressive. His instinct for price potential and selling strategy brought us a result we were happy with. By the the end of the process we felt we had made new friends in Kostya and his partner Angie, who we had the pleasure of meeting. We would highly recommend him.

We chose to partner with Harcourts to market our beautiful apartment in Kingston as the agency has offices world-wide, and with Kostya in particular as we were very impressed with his integrity and enthusiasm. The apartment is unique with a huge private courtyard, and was offered fully-furnished and equipped for the busy executive needing a base in Canberra without the effort of set up. We followed Kostya's advise in marketing and he soon found our ideal interstate buyer at the right price with respectful minimal disruption to our tenant. Would gladly list with Kostya again.

It was great working with Kostya to secure a good offer for our home. He has a good understanding of the market and is able to communicate with confidence to draw in interest. We tried a few strategies on his recommendation to get best possible outcome. He worked collaboratively with is rather than force his plans on us, which we valued very much.
