Since the first day of owning my property, Ajay has been fantastic in communicating and resolving issues quickly. The property was handled very well over the years with the best possible tenants selected to live there. I highly recommend Ajay as he is trustworthy and has the right skills to successfully manage an investment property.

We recently had a wonderful experience buying a beautiful property from Ajay Kumar from Harcourts Belconnen, very pleased with the price and efforts Ajay has put through. Ajay is very easy going and efficient, made the entire buying process smooth and easy through out till settlement. Can’t thank him enough for his hard work and transparency. A truly rare quality in real estate agents these days.
