Thank you so much Kostya for all your help with the purchase of our new home. You have certainly provided both myself and husband with exceptional customer service and always available for us. If we ever need the services of an agent in the future we will definitely come find you :)

I was greatly supported by Kostya and his team in the process of buying my first house in Australia. Since it was my first transaction, I was oblivious to certain processes and completely unaware for others. Kostya and his team were very helpful and patient in explaining these processes and requirements to me. I also observed they were very understanding and accommodated some delays caused by external factors . Scheduling inspections before and after contract exchange was easily managed. Overall, as a buyer it was really easy working with Kostya and team.

Kostya sold our house a few days after the house was passed in an auction while we were in a different state. Very approachable and nice. Strongly recommended.

Prompt, courteous, professional. Closing was a breeze. Kostya and his team are the real deal. He reigned in a stressful situation and made it extremely fluid. Very highly recommended!

In selecting a person to act of your behalf, it is important to choose someone who reflects your values. Kostya was definitely the right choice for us. He is well presented, well-spoken and well versed in the vagaries and psychology of real estate. Yet at the same time as wanting the very best for his clients, he is mindful of the needs and rights of the buyer too, with a high level of integrity and fairness. He is punctual and does everything efficiently and well. Yet he does his work with real passion and enjoyment - so much so it is infectious! I would recommend him to anyone wanting a painless and fair sale.

Kostya was the epitome of service with a smile. Throughout the entire selling process Kostya was professional, approachable and prompt in responding to any client query. We appreciated the passion and exuberance he displayed in his approach to selling our property. Kostya was sincere and he provided excellent advice and information at every stage. We were also very impressed with the multi media presentation of the house during the property marketing period. Kostya is committed and driven to obtaining the best possible result for the client. We were extremely appreciative of the time and extra effort undertaken in organising viewings for prospective buyers outside the designated open house times. We can recommend Kostya and the Harcourt team without hesitation. Thank you Kostya

From the moment I got in contact with Harcourts Kostya was fabulous. He asked me loads of questions so he fully understood my circumstance and what I was after. Then he was honest and upfront about what he could do - and always very proactive and positive. Not once did he say he couldn't do something, wouldn't do something or made me feel like I was asking too much. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the outcome I wanted. He did exactly what he said he was going to and delivered on his promise. I have never had such a smooth experience with someone who I have employed to do their job. I can't recommend Kostya enough if you're thinking of selling your home.

Dear Kostya It is with deep and sincere gratitude that I write to thank you for your professional, and always spot on advice, reponse to queries and leadership during the recent sale of my house You would have been justified in a slight hesitancy (I saw no such evidence!) at the thought of dealing with someone who was unhappy at having to sell up because she had reached 80 years of age earlier in the year and could not continue in her much loved house and location. You were different to many Estate Agents with whom I have previously had to deal. You gave me all the information i need before I asked for it, and continually asked me what I wanted. You were patient and gave me space to think things through without pushing me to hurry up. Always you were "on the ball" and friendly, and kept me up to date with phone calls and visits to remind me of upcoming and agreed dates and processess. You made a trying time for me, not only very sucessful but easy to cope with. Thank you Mary Jones
