Kostya made himself available at every opportunity and secured us our first home including being negotiable on timing and deposits. He helped coach us through the process and everything went as smoothly as could be hoped. I'm very, very pleased with the new house and not renting out a small apartment anymore.

Anyone can image how stressful the sale process of one's home can be! with Kostya's expertise he has been helping me go through the process much easier by his prompt response to my concerns, queries and a great outcome on the day of the auction. He truly is the best agent in the Lyneham area. Kostya and Mohammed were extremely professional and sensitive to my needs and were very thorough with their approach which culminated in a sales price that I was very happy with. I would recommend them to anyone considering selling their home in Canberra and especially in the Inner North!

Kostya and his colleague did a great job in selling this property. He is a friendly, personable guy. He had good local knowledge and kept me informed of progress every step of the way. As the sale drew near he went 'above and beyond' in attending to some important matters that needed a quick solution if the sale was to be effected. As an out-of-town seller I especially valued his work and contacts.

This was the first house my wife and I were selling so we met with a few agents to better understand the process. Kostya stood out from the rest because he told us what he was going to do from beginning to end and didn't once mention how he was better than everyone else. To me this quality was testament of a true professional. Kostya always picked up the phone to answer our questions and kept us fully informed of the process. I know who we will be going to when we have to sell our next house. Thanks very much for you effort in getting the best possible result for us both.

The sale process including the many open home inspections were well managed and strategic and contributed in no small measure to the overall outcome. Moreover, his communication skills, sensitivity and persistence demonstrated a depth of maturity and attention to detail. In conclusion we would have no hesitation in recommending Kostya Logvinov.

The market is challenging at the moment. But Kostya gave us the time to understand it and provided the best guidance and work ethic. No push or force selling. The process was rather smooth and enjoyable. We are very impressed by Kostya and his team’s work ethic and professional knowledge. Cannot be happier any more.
