Being a long term Kingscliff resident Glen has an excellent knowledge of the market trends for not only Kingscliff but the whole Tweed region. His professionalism , knowledge and advice was very much appreciated throughout the entire sale transaction. Would highly recommend Glen for any real estate transaction.

Trying to buy a home in a very hot sellers market with covid restrictions was very stressful. I was unsuccessful for several other homes and knew quite well as a buyer my offer needed to be fast and unconditional. Glen's experience and integrity allowed me to make an offer with confidence, arrange building and pest and make sure I was purchasing the right home for me. My questions were answered quickly and completely. Access to the property at key times was arranged seamlessly. His marketing of the property again showed his experience and integrity. The guide price was clearly stated, pictures accurately reflected the property as was the written description. I am now settling into my new home and love it!!!

Glen was in touch with me before auction. Sent me through the paperwork' arranged Ben to do the bidding as l was interstate. All this took place, from 4pm Thursday till auction time Saturday 9am. His knowledge of Real Estate made this all happen. Then also came around to check on the house as it was empty. On an early settlement day made himself available to greet myself and family on the door step. Beautiful gift was also on the bench. Thanks so much Glen.

We have worked with several agents over the years and I would definitely rate Glen as the most genuine, dedicated and knowledgeable I have worked with. Due to many factors outside of Glen's control our house was a very difficult sale. Other agents had tried and failed but Glen stuck with us and managed to get us a great price. Highly recommend!

Glenn was a knowledgeable and professional agent who helped this first time home buyer make an informed and knowledgeable decision. Glenn makes the whole process of buying a home a lot less stressful and straightforward. Couldn't recommend him highly enough.
