The first time we met Ash we were looking at buying a property from him. He was very knowledgable and easy going. We already owned a unit in the area, and we had renovated it over and above a normal renovation. We invited Ash to come and have a look, and he was very keen. At that time we weren't even entertaining the idea of selling our unit. Knowing this, Ash didn't hesitate in providing us with a property evaluation anyway, just for interest sake. We had also been dealing with other agents in the area for properties for sale, but Ash always stood out from the rest. Once we decided that we wanted to sell our unit, we didn't hesitate in contacting him to be our agent. Ash did an excellent job in promoting our property, and it was sold in just under 3 weeks. It was a long settlement but Ash always kept us up to date until the very end. We would highly recommend Ash to anyone wanting to sell their property.
