The property was unique with two separate homes on the one site. Selina came into the property and had it sold within months (after a year of trying). Always pleasant and professional, she was able to navigate the sale, with the owners not always in agreement. I truly appreciated her honest appraisals and timings on delicate matters. Her follow through was second to none.

Buying a house from interstate and sight unseen is not for everyone but with Sarah we felt totally confident with our decision. The negotiations were delt with with total clarity and professionalism. Sarah communicated extremely well and was really pleasant to talk to. She was always available to assist with those matters which we could not practically deal with.
