Andrew gave us a good market overview, then assessment of the property value etc. The listing was done efficiently and the property sold within a few days. Some contract issues needed dealing with, which were done within about 2 days, so very effective and efficient service throughout. We are about to list another property with Andrew - probably the best indication of how we value his service.
