In the recent sale of our property, we have found Troy to be a very hardworking, honest and reliable agent. With exceptional local knowledge, he and his team went over and above to secure a good result for us in difficult times . Would highly recommend his services.

Troy and Dannielle have been fantastic to work with. We chose to sell in what we thought would be a very challenging market, yet they managed to sell our home in less than a week achieving a price we were very happy with. Their communication was great and they made the process very easy. Thank you.

Easy to work with! Straight shooting and knowledgeable! It was a pleasure working with Bryce to sell our property! Bryce followed our journey from the beginning of our renovation to the end and subsequent sale! He always had time to talk and showed genuine passion for his work. Bryce managed to sell our property in the questionable covid-19 market. We would highly recommend Bryce!

My partner & I are first home buyers and we struck absolute gold with having Bryce as the agent of the property we purchased. As first home owners your nervous, anxious, excited etc but Bryce made the whole process seamless & was fully transparent the whole way through & everyone of our questions was answered without a bother. He made buying our first home a breeze. We would highly recommend Bryce for any real estate transaction & we cannot wait to have him as our agent in the future when we are ready to buy or sell. Thank you so much again Bryce, Laura & Kane

My name is Ian MacKinnon and I am a vendors advocate. For the second time now, Bryce Houston has done a fantastic job selling a property for one of my important clients. His professional and relaxed manner allows both vendors and buyers to be at ease when dealing with him. No doubt these sincere mannerisms have allowed the best outcome possible for my vendors to secure the highest possible price in the shortest time frame. I highly recommend Bryce to anybody looking to sell their property. Regards Ian MacKinnon IAM Property 0412 911 131

Just like to say how awesome Bryce and the team at Harcourts Carrum Downs have been during the process of selling our family home of 30 years. The past year has been an incredibly horrid and difficult time for ourselves, but meeting Bryce, with his knowledge and wisdom on the real estate market in the area, has seen the start in a turn of misfortunes. Hopefully he can work his charm and find a cure for COVID19 !! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend the guys, and gals at Harcourts.

Bryce has sold two properties for us in the last 6 months. He knows the market, understood what we needed to sell our properties and knew how to make it happen. Bryce is a breath of fresh air, down to earth, and gained our trust with his honest approach and willingness to help in any way possible to help us get our property on the market quickly. He always kept us in the loop and has been a true professional. Highly recommended and will continue to work with Bryce in the future.
