We engaged Bryce to sell our investment property and we are so glad that we did! Bryce was the ultimate professional. Extremely personable and kept us informed throughout the process. He went over and above to make us feel at ease. He has excellent market knowledge and sold our property within less than a week. A seamless process for us anxious vendors and we can not recommend him more highly. :)

Great working with Bryce Houston couldn't have asked for anyone better to help sell my property, His communication, Experience and friendly attitude was exceptional and not to mention his guidance and understanding and patients on helping me through a process that I was a first time experiencing. Working with Bryce I gained his trust and I felt that he was not just out there to make a quick sale and move on to the next and by saying that his customer service and knowledge in the field was one of the best you can experience and as well as providing me with contact's and advise through out the process of the sale of my property. It was a real pleasure working with Bryce Houston and the team from Harcourts keep up the great work cheers

We have purchased multiple investment properties over the years and recently decided to sell our property located in Frankston North. We live more than 2000kms away so going to inspect the property and preparing it for sale would have been a big task. Harcourts handled the rental management for this property for over 4 years and it was seamless, therefore we engaged Bryce to handle the sale. Bryce arranged all of the maintenace, suggested a staging company and conveyancer all with ease keeping us informed all of the way. Actually having an agent that cares about what they do and making sure to control costs and not spending where we didnt need too is just gold. We had one of the largest open inspections for the first open and had multiple contracts within a day. Bryce was able to assist us with the best purchaser achieving our maximum sale price. Just a fantastic result that was achieved by Bryce and the team. I highly recommend Bryce as an agent. Well done

After doing our due diligence, interviewed two other real estate agents, Bryce won us over. To compare - Bryce seemed to have a respect for the area, an excitement even, that I didn’t even have. He was clear cut and open to any suggestions we had. I won’t kid you, when your selling an investment property, you just want the best price and we gave him a challenge, he accepted and wham bam, thank you Sam, (Bryce) our place was sold in record time as per promised! The process was easy from the start – it felt like all the team at Harcourts had jumped on board to help sell our place with Bryce leading the way. His recommendations and advice were given, not forced. He was in constant touch to keep us updated on the progress and feedback. Was a pleasure to work with Bryce and will certainly be using him and Harcourts for our next sale.
