Karen was brilliant when we brought our first home, we had no idea what was involved but Karen helped us thru it with a smile. Nothing was too much trouble and was always available to answer question we would have no hesitation in recommending Karen

Unlike previous experiences in the world of real estate we have been totally satisfied and comfortable with Troy's (ultimately very successful) assessment of the market and where our property sat in that market. Since our first meeting with him he has been helpful, patient and always available when needed. He has kept us informed of each step in the sale process, and proved to be an excellent negotiator, achieving the best outcome for us. Highly recommend.

Thank you so much to this wonderfully helpful, concerned & genuinely interested lady who not only was my selling agent but also became my friend, stepping an aged geriatric widow through the stressful and in some ways terrifying part, of selling her house. Karen was so thoughtful of my wants & needs and totally honestly answered my most minute, sometimes trivial questions, and spent time helping & advising me not only in my selling procedures but also with the drama of finding another place to live. Nothing was too much trouble. She was an absolute gem and my house sold quickly & without stress & drama. What a wonderful example she is to the Real Estate trade. Thank you so much Karen for everything you did for me. Kindest regards always. Merrilyn L.

A big thankyou Troy...... from the moment we introduced you to our property we knew we had chosen the right Agent. Your knowledge, advice and professionalism was outstanding. You did everything that you said you would and kept us informed/updated every step of the way. To get a great result for us in such time...... blows us away. Once again a big thankyou to you and the 'Harcourts Team Carrum Downs'. Pat and Bob Clinton

Due to a seperation a fast sale was needed. Not only did Troy accomplish a speedy sale but also for a price we were satisfied with. Troy's understanding, integrity and professionalism never faltered even under so much pressure with only a small timeframe. Thanks Troy and HARCOURTS Carrum Downs you went above and beyond and I am extremely grateful!

Karen did a great job with the sale of our house. It is a very busy time with open inspections etc and receiving a written weekly report from Karen re prospective buyers was most helpful. Also verbal communication and timely advice was most appreciated. Would highly recommend Karen for her honesty in all aspects of the selling process. Jennifer and Jim

Karen was very professional in her dealings with us as her client. She communicated and kept us in the know at all times about our property and where we were up to on a regular basis. She is passionate about her job and this is evident in the time she spends in every minute detail to ensure the clients are satisfied with the outcome. We would highly recommend Karen and we wish her every success in whatever she endeavours to work towards in the future.

Everyone is as skeptical about real estate agents like they are car salesman. They just want our business. Karen was different. She fulfilled every word she spoke to me and excelled in the sale iof my home. I recommend Karen to anyone who is choosing to sell their home. She will not let you down!
