Very efficient and professional
Katrina is so knowledgable with the gold coast market. She sold my unit in just less than 2 days from the first day I approached her to get initial quote etc. I still couldn't believe she rang second day in the morning and told me she found a buyer with the offer price that higher than my expection. I wish to give her more than 5 STARs as she is valued more than EXCELLENCE. Plus, very reasonable marketing fee compared to others. Good work and very satisfaction!!

1st home buyer
Penelope was full of knowledge and if she wasn't sure of anything she researched the matter and got back to me very timely! always pleasant and willing to help, I never felt pressured nor intimidated (which many agents make you feel) I had been looking for my first home purchase to live in for over 9 months I wish I had met Penelope earlier as she would definitely had found me a property earlier without going through much disappointment especially dealing with ego driven agents.Thanks Penelope
