I met Guy through an open house 5 years ago and had regular”bump in’s” around the neighbourhood over these years. When it came to selling my property I was delighted to work with Guy. He is Professional and genuine always generous with his time and and I felt confident as he guided me every step of the way with sensitivity and humour. His expertise in local knowledge was reassuring. Thank you Teagan for your fantastic support with prompt responses, warmth and Professionalism throughout.

What an amazing experience selling our home with Christine. Absolutely lived up to her reputation as one of the best agents on the Gold Coast. We went with Christine for her down to earth approach, warmth and expert knowledge & experience in the Mermaid area. She really looked after us every step and we are extremely glad we sold our house with Harcourts. Thanks Christine & Nicola you both went above and beyond for us & I highly recommend this great team!

We recently purchased a property auctioned by Nic and despite extenuating circumstances allowing only limited access to the property throughout the auction campaign, Nic was able to ensure that we, as buyers, were able to gain all of the information we required to make informed decisions in order to bid with confidence at the auction. During our one and only physical inspection, Nic was attentive and responsive to our specific questions, as well as honest when he was unable to answer a specific question but ensured us he would do his best to find out. True to his word he did find out and on every occasion took the time to get back in touch with us either by phone or email to ensure the information he had supplied fully answered our questions. Nic was keen to sell this property but at no stage did he forget he was representing the vendor and he truly did have the vendor's best interest at heart. As a potential buyer in the lead up to the auction, I was not however at any stage misled or given inaccurate information. I found Nic to be very professional to deal with and was so happy with how he managed the sale of the property I purchased I did not hesitate to offer him the opportunity to sell my existing unit. I think that says a lot. Thank you Nic.

When we enquired about inspecting the property we have just purchased, Ilona was accommodating and helpful. You could tell by her actions that she really was working for us and doing whatever she could to help us out. This is something we haven't really seen in an agent before, and it was really great to know that she had our best interests at heart.
