From the outset we found Illona to be most understanding to our needs. She was professional in all our dealings and went out of her way to achieve the results we, and she, wanted. When she was away for a couple of days her assistant Hannah filled in admirably. They were both a pleasure to work with in what at times can be a stressful situation. We would recommend Illona to any prospective sellers or purchasers.

Found Andrew on the LocalAgentFinder. Andrew responded quickly to my request looking for an agent to sell my property at the Gold Coast. He managed to find a buyer at a selling price that we were willing to accept. The property did not go to auction. Good part - fairly quick sale. Not too sure part - if the property reached its potential selling price.

Shaun and his team were just super!! Shaun and his team made the whole experience of selling a QLD property while we lived in another state seem easy - but its not easy and Shaun ironed out every bump and hurdle along the way, and achieved a super result in a short space of time. More than recommend. Thank you Shaun.

I was really happy with Nenad through the whole process, he did not flood me with communication but kept me in the loop. I achieved a higher price than I had expected. He was helpful to arrange furniture staging etc as I was out of state and he did a lot to help get the place ready for sale. I highly recommended Nenad, and in fact my mother used my recommendation and has sold her property through him to, she was also very happy.
