Martin sold us our new home. He held good knowledge of the apartment being sold as well as the Resort itself. His professionalism led to a very smooth contract period and the settlement itself. We would recommend Martin to anyone thinking of jumping into this bustling market.

Just a shout out for Guy and his team. Hands down the best agent I have dealt with for property sales during my lifetime. I can highly recommend Guy, truly professional and straight to the point. In fact, he is the only real estate agent that I could recommend with confidence. Great communicator and keeps you up to date absolutely every step of the way. Guy and Rob made a great team at my auction. You would want Guy and his team on your side if you are selling.

From the beginning all the way until auction Stuart was easy to deal with, direct and honest and achieved a sale price within his original appraisal. We choose Stuart initially because of his undeniable knowledge of Bundall and we are very glad we did!

As we had initially purchased the property through Robert in 2016 and he had kept us informed of how the market was proceeding on a yearly basis we had no hesitation in once again using his expertise to sell. Robert had contacted us earlier in the year and we agreed to be kept up to date as the market was moving upward at a fast rate. The property was only on the market for 3 days and sold following the first open house. Great work Robert, thanks again.

Guy at Harcourts Coastal was exceptional to deal with. We were purchasing the property remotely and were unable to see in person. Guy was proactive in ensuring we had additional videos and information about the property that we were unable to gather by not being able to do an in person inspection. The rest of the team at Harcourts have been exceptional and we will be leasing the property through their property management team.

We were unable to meet Guy in person but found him to be very helpful and immediately responsive to our contacts. He seemed genuine in what he had to say without any apparent resort to sales-speak and was very helpful throughout our purchase process.
