Extremely misleading, on more then one Occassion, was given misleading and false information. From the listing. From the agent via email. And the sign board. Was lead to believe I was purchasing (in his words) “DA for two detached houses already approved and all the hard work and infrastructure charges paid!” These claims later turned out to be false. No DA approval. No charges paid. Fair trading will be notified. Disappointing that there has been no help from the agent to try resolve prior to taking legal action.

I bought a property though Ilona. Even though she was of course acting in the best interest of the buyer, I found her to be extremely efficient and answered all my queries quickly even if they were asked late in the evening. I will have her sell my property if and when that occurs.

Rob is hands down the best agent I have dealt with. He was always contactable even out of hours which is not required buy he was happy to answer any urgent requests I had. He was super proactive and just a pleasure to deal with. He’s always smiling and not pushy like other agents. He respects your timeline and did not nag me non stop when I had to delay some deadlines. I’ve really had a positive experience with real estate agents, they either don’t respond or they don’t leave you alone. Rob did everything perfectly and I’ll definitely be referring him onto any of my friends looking to sell or buy.

She is nice, friendly and helpful but there is indeed to be improvement about advertising wasn't attractive in the beginning of advertisement it makes my property and my situations lower , didn't go what I was hoping to get.There are three appraisals prices I had before I signed to auction my property to her one was my previous REAL state agent who handled my rental property gaves me better appraisal they mentioned just let buyers to finished the renovations but I didn't used them because friend of mind recommended her to me so I used her to sale my property. I was under pressure night before the auction while I had discussed that night with her, I don't want to continue to sale through auction that morning but instead I go a head even though I wasn't happy about it .. Over all It was very exshausted and stressful..Then the contact there was conditions aggreed by them . It wasn't like cash and unconditional contract I feel after all.

Paul Corkill as a Real Estate Agent on the Gold Coast is trustworthy and has integrity (which is lacking in a lot of other agents on the Coast.) We purchased this property from Paul and he followed our renovation journey as we turned the little 80s box into a beautiful house. Paul guided us on the way with regular feedback on local property prices and some great ideas for this renovation. Paul marketed the property in a way that got us a great price and his video of the property was great, especially the Palm Springs shirt!! I would definitely recommend Paul in the future.
