Dealing with Jilli-Ann & Shaun was very easy. They came across as genuine people and were very prompt in their responses to all my requests and questions, be that by sms, email, or phone call. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone who required their services.

He always kept us in the loop when we were selling our property. He knows the area in fact we bought our property from him in the fist place. We were very happy with his advice given to us

Mitchell was great to work with when selling my property. As we needed a quick sale he did everything he could to get as many potential buyers through (mid-week open homes as well as a number of short notice private viewings) His communcation was excellent, keeping us informed about everything throughout the selling process. I highly recommend using Mitchell when buying or selling

Mike and Donna were professional and efficient during the sale process. We were kept well informed about potential buyers, open inspections and expectations. The auction process and result was definitely enhanced by the negotiations of Mike . We were very happy with the whole process of our sale. We would have no hesitation recommending Mike and Donna as RE agents

Good as above sold the property in conjunction with Main Real Estate owned by a good friend of mine though him I was introduced to Guy and the Bannf court property. Drove 400 km to see the property and I was the successful bidder at the Auction.

My wife and I found Stuart; direct, honest, to the point and answered all questions about the property we purchased at auction. He kept us informed with the status of the property during the entire sales process and gave a realistic range the property should fall in. Although the range was big it was accurate. He also has a great team backing him up I might add! I would have no hesitation in recommending Stuart and his team.

Guy was very professional, efficient and so easy to communicate with. He went above and beyond in my search for a property helping my family secure “the right one”. During negotiations and throughout the sale process, his ability to calm any hiccups and make arrangements for me as I’m an interstate buyer were completed with ease. I would certainly recommend Guy to anyone else looking for a property.

Christine was very knowledgeable about the area and fully invested to do what was required to make a sale happen before Christmas. She was flexible and driven and we appreciated her efforts despite a difficult task.

Being on my own now, selling our beloved unit and also purchasing another through Shaun in Broadbeach. I thought it would be daunting for me to say the least. How wrong was I! Shaun and his assistant Jill made my task an absolute breeze and enjoyable along the way. What would Harcourts do without the two of them. I am a very thankful and happy client.
