We have been dealing with Mike to buy and sell many properties over the years and have found him to be an honest straight shooter. He works extremely hard to satisfy his client's expectations at all times and has never disappointed us. Always our first choice

Martin is always effeciant and extremely good at his job and we have dealt with a number of agents. You don't have to second guess yourself wondering Martin is pushing your property because his actions speak for themselves. But most of all if he doesn't answer the phone when you've called expect a call back as soon as he's free if not straight away.

I was very anxious when I sold my property knowing i had to buy something else. After selling through Shaun, I received the best service, Shaun & Jill made the experience an absolute breeze. I am a very thankful and happy client!

We would like to thank Shaun and his P.A Jilli-Ann for the work they have done selling our apartment. They were both professional and Shaun is very knowledgeable on the area and the current market. Shaun and Jilli-Ann were very helpful in every request or questions that we had for them and nothing seemed to much trouble. We would highly recommend them.

We met Christine tucker at several open homes in the Mermaid Waters area over a period of months searching for the right home to purchase. And ultimately chose Chris to sell our home, she made this STRESS FREE nothing was a problem and no question went unanswered her knowledge of the local area is second to none I believe this made it so much easier to make a decision on what offer to accept.I would strongly recommend her services to any prospective seller or buyer she has an amazing ability to actually keep you informed about everything on the market! Thanks once again Christine!

Grant (and his team) are clearly very experienced, professional and enthusiastic about real estate. Grant is exceedingly knowledgeable about the market, hard working, reliable, great at keeping in touch and responding to questions / issues. Along with Dan the auctioneer, his skill negotiating with a buyer at auction was outstanding. He and his team definitely earned their commission and if I need an agent on the Gold Coast in the future I would definitely choose the Grant Stevens team.

From the moment Katrina took the assignment she was totally professional in her approach and the way she controlled the entire process.

Nic was a fantastic agent to deal with throughout our buying experience. After the purchases of our new home he was more than accommodating for all our needs.

Would recommend Guy in a heart beat, the nicest real estate we have ever dealt with. Guy went out of his way to ensure the sale of our home went smoothly from our initial meeting through to auction day and beyond.

Chris was given the brief of finding a buyer for our home...no advertising, no open house, no negotiation, only quickly so we can commit to a plan B or we would not be moving house. Settled without drama.

This is the 4th property Brian has sold for myself and my family. He is a salesman of the old school, never stops if a sale is likely. His market knowledge is excellent, and he manages to get in amongst the community and knows what is likely to come on the market and where the local buyers are. This last property was sold off market so I didnt need any open houses or inspections. Great person to deal with.
