Buying during Covid from interstate has proven to be a challenge. But, as soon as we started dealing with Joel we found an Agent willing to listen to us and appreciate that we had done our research regarding the area. Joel looked after us regarding our purchase, while still working hard for his client and selling their home. Buying interstate had been a difficult experience prior to getting in touch with Michelle. Her no fuss approach meant we had a clear understanding of the property, the surroundings and what our options were. We were the buyers for the property. The whole experience was difficult because we could not see the property for ourselves because of Covid and border restrictions by the QLD Govt. Our daughter went and looked on our behalf and face timed us. We did know what to expect for the area as over the years I had seen a number of open houses. Christine recommended a Building Pest Business. This service supported us beyond expectation and led to key support trade personal to support the immediate attention the property required. Nic created the perfect storm! Simply put, Nic created an environment where by we sold in the shortest amount of time for the highest price... and his service didn’t stop there... because he didn’t stop until he found us our dream home to buy and ensured the conditions were right. We are still pinching ourselves! He would always listen intently; was always easy to get ahold of; showed initiative; and was always meticulous - yet remained flexible and was never perturbed by anything that got in the way or created an ‘issue’. He kept ever positive whilst providing REAL honest feedback. We found him persistent, yet he wasn’t pushy; and ensured we made the most of marketing, feedback, offers and the presentation (because of his experience and knowledge I assume).
