Excellent experience
From the first viewing to the handing over of the keys Stuart kept us informed and was highly responsive to our many questions. This is the first property we have purchased in Queensland and Stuart made it very easy for us, guiding us through the process. Stuart was also available all hours of the day seven days a week to assist us through the process.

Commited Agent and Patient with Seller
We assigned Paul to sell our home with clear intentions that we were not in a rush to sell the house. Paul took the time to inform us of the process of selling the house, and what strategies he had suggested in selling the house. He was very patient and informative throughout the process with informative feedback from potentials buyers. We had a figure in mind and stuck to it and so did Paul which resulted in taking longer then usual to sell the house, but Paul was committed to us and worked with us through this. Eventually Paul found a buyer from no where and the house was sold when we were about to give up. We are thankful for your patient with dealing with our stubbornness for the price wanted, and it was a great pleasure working with you. I highly recommend Paul as your agent as he is fully committed and works for your goals to be achieved.

Very helpful, willingly conveyed our issues to the Vendors, great attention to detail.

Nic was professional and knowledgeable
