Martin negotiated hard on our behalf and obtained a significant uplift on the purchasers initial offer. We don't believe we would have got this level of service and extra effort with the so-called 'no commission' brokers as their model motivates them to quickly finalise a sale and basically take the closest offer they can get. We would have been worse off in this situation.
Martin's communication throughout the sale process was fantastic - and it wasn't a fast or easy settlement. There were multiple delays from the purchasers and unconditional and settlement dates were pushed back multiple times. Martin communicated every delay immediately and even had other buyers in reserve to potentially pick up the contract.
