I purchased my 1st property from Nenad. I think this should have been an exciting time. Unfortunately Nenad did not pass on information when I requested works be completed following the pest and building inspection. He communicated well until the sale then he was very difficult to reach. We had no sold sign, no greeting at the property on settlement day and none of the bells and whistles I would have expected from the purchase on my 1st property. Would not use him again as I knew even the Sellers were unhappy with his approach.
