Although we were a little disappointed with the selling price of our unit l firmly believe this was not a result of the effort and expertise shown by Shaun but simply a reflection of the current market indeed l must say during the whole sale process Shaun kept us up to date and offered some really helpful advice, he has been dealing in the market of the area for many years now unlike a lot of fligh by nighters in the area and this is one of the main reasons we chose him, overall very happy and will use him again

It's hard to beat Shaun Bourke when it comes to apartments (and the very rare house) in Broadbeach. He's a gun. He knows the location inside out - both the geography and the culture. And he totally understands the market, he connects motivated buyers with sellers and he's fast and efficient to communicate with. That's a pretty sweet deal when it comes to real estate agents, I reckon.
