We were coming from interstate to the Gold Coast and only had a few days to look at properties. From before we even arrived Penelope and Katrina had already earnt my respect. They responded to every request expediently, communicated with me just the right amount, and gave me the confidence that they would be dependable once we arrived in town. Once on the coast, we were not disappointed. They were professional, organized, reliable, friendly, and trustworthy. After seeing a large amount of properties with multiple agents we were so happy that our favourite property was one of Penelope and Katrina's. They helped us get the property we wanted despite a somewhat difficult process to negotiate, and since then have continued to give us advice and support wherever necessary. They are a great team.
