When we first contacted Steve we received immediate assistance from him as to how much the unit he has sold would actually be worth on the current market. we were very disappointed with the low figure, being $175,000 to $155,000 less than we actually bought it for off the plan. However, Steve almost immediately found a cash buyer for us and so there was no waiting for finance etc., of course we were quite sceptical that a buyer could be found so quickly and Steve had to make contact with us on a very regular basis to make sure we understood it was legitimate; here is where his persistence came into play. Steve then saved us any problems relating to giving the buyer past history of income and expenses etc. and it was almost a done deal straight away. although we have lost a lot of money on this sale it does not reflect against Steve as he obviously could only sell at what the market would accept. we are grateful that it is now done and dusted and we no longer have to worry about it being in our Super portfolio.
