With tenacity and determination these two ladies were able to fend off would-be stallers and line me up with a real buyer with real promises and most importantly real cash. After a rough start with a less than completely honest buyer, Katrina and Penelope had a second interested within a week, and the property settled in 30 days. Please note too that their agency was 15% cheaper than their closest rival, thats a few grand more in my bank than I had first anticipated so thumbs up :)

I had been looking for a property on the Gold Coast for a while and found the listing at Artique on realestate.com.au and organised an inspection on Thursday with Penelope. I liked the property and went for a second open viewing on Saturday but the property was not available to inspect. Penelope graciously offered to organise a private second viewing on the Sunday (she did have other plans for the day). In any case I made an offer which after some negotiation was accepted on the same day. Settlement and hand over went through smoothly I felt that both the vendor and Penelope assisted as much as possible to achieve an efficient settlement.
