This was such an easy exercise, Trish Walls was recommended by a friend, to handle my unit sale. It was a smooth and efficient few weeks, Trish kept me up to date with everything that was going on, and went out of her way to inform prospective buyers of this great property, so it really was a win win for all concerned. She was very much hands on, being available on last minute notice so interstate visitors could inspect the property out of Open Home times. I found Trish to be an extremely dedicated agent, the best one I have ever used, and I have used quite a few. She was always extremely professional, and more importantly available whenever we needed her. We experienced many difficulties when we were purchasing our house through her due to our past history having had a failed business, but she was always positive and would go out of her way to help both parties to the sale and gave us access to other people that were able to help us through. I would highly recommend her as an agent to use, she was such a positive and calm person to deal with. It was an absolute pleasure.

Campbell didn't try to oversell his skills nor our position. He provided a frank assessment of the value and ultimately achieved a sale at the lower level of that range and within our original hopes. He recommended a treaty sale process as opposed to auction as he said he had a data base of clients to tap in the first instance. Within 3 weeks we had sold to one of those prospectives. Campbell always communictaed in a clear and open manner and we never felt we were being told "crap" to justify his position. We will have no hesitation in using Campbell once again.
