Sharon Kelly, agent and friend
We dealt with Sharon a couple of years ago, but didn't get the price we wanted. When the market improved we were always going to list with Sharon again. She fitted us in with an open house two days after we called her, and within a week she had found the right person for our house and it was sold within the week. We always found Sharon very friendly and Knowledgeable and are very happy with the result.

The perfect agents for the job...
With tenacity and determination these two ladies were able to fend off would-be stallers and line me up with a real buyer with real promises and most importantly real cash. After a rough start with a less than completely honest buyer, Katrina and Penelope had a second interested within a week, and the property settled in 30 days. Please note too that their agency was 15% cheaper than their closest rival, thats a few grand more in my bank than I had first anticipated so thumbs up :)

Definitely recommend
We found both Katrina and Penelope to be friendly, articulate and very professional. They sold our property in an extremely short period of time but during that time kept us well informed. They worked to achieve the best possible result which I might add we were extremely pleased with. Would definitely recommend these two ladies if you are considering selling, you will not be disappointed.

The girls have sold 3 properties for me , all in fast paced time and with quick easy results. If anybody sells or buys on the gold coast , Katrina and Penelope , backed by their crew , would be the number one crew I would recommend !! Always great effort !

The "Golden Girls" Broadbeach/Surfers
I 1st had the pleasure of meeting Katrina & Penelope at an Home Home on Sat.17 October,2015. My Daughter spoke to Katrina & was suitably impressed,,,I spoke to Penelope, & was immediately aware of how relaxed she was, but VERY PROFESSIONAL...she really knew her stuff, & followed up extremely quickly with information that I had requested.! I re-booked a 2nd viewing on Wed.21 October,made an offer on the spot, which she presented that night. It was accepted & she advised me the next morning 22 October!!! WOW. In Summary....Penelope has kept me fully informed of the process, has dealt with the Tenants notification process etc etc... ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING..HIGHLY RECOMMENDED,Warwick NZ
