We decided to go with Stuart because he lives local and he knows local market best. Professional, always answered my questions, helped me with the sale, from the beginning like signing contract thru marketing, staging to settlement, explained every detail and every aspect of selling at auction or before auction. He also gave me contact to Solicitor that is easy to deal with. Absolute pleasure, he even answer my phone calls after hours not like other agents sending you straight to voicemail. I used to have very bad opinion about real estate agents however Stuart changed my mind. And results are there, sold before auction for the price that we are happy with.
