Great job Sharon
This sale would have been one of Sharons toughest ever, But her persistence to get the deal done was incredable, 2 or 3 times he changed his mind on price and things he wanted left in the apartment,but after many conversations with me the seller she got what i wanted . I have bought homes off her and will sell with her again to. She gives everything to get sale done .Thanks a lot Sharon you are the best

Top Agent, Professional and easy to deal with!!!
We decided to go with Stuart because he lives local and he knows local market best. Professional, always answered my questions, helped me with the sale, from the beginning like signing contract thru marketing, staging to settlement, explained every detail and every aspect of selling at auction or before auction. He also gave me contact to Solicitor that is easy to deal with. Absolute pleasure, he even answer my phone calls after hours not like other agents sending you straight to voicemail. I used to have very bad opinion about real estate agents however Stuart changed my mind. And results are there, sold before auction for the price that we are happy with. No wonder he's been voted as The Best Agent! If you thinking of selling just call him first before making any decision. Once again BIG THANK YOU Stuart !!!!!
