Empathy same life experience
We lived in the same building bought by a developer. I was asking 100k less due to a search revealing millions of dollars of work required on the building . Then Martin informed me 1/2 the building has one owner who will sell , makes it worthwhile .

Professional and Straight-talking

Great agent who works hard for clients
I highly recommend Stuart to anyone considering selling their property. Stuart is honest, reliable and polite.
