Very impressed with market knowledge and giving honest feedback on where our property sat in the current market. As we live interstate it was important that Shaun's team and himself kept us well informed on what was happening with the sale, to which they excelled.

Shaun and his team were on point in every aspect of my unit sale. An excellent communicator with a great understanding of the Broadbeach and Surfers market. I would strongly recommend him and understand why his volume of listings exceeds that of other agents in the area.

Dan, Bella and the team were very helpful from our first enquiries on the property until settlement was finalised and we had collected the keys to our new home. They assisted in our dealings with the seller and they made the process as painless as it could possibly be.

Have looked at multiple Broadbeach properties with Mike over the past 6 months, and successfully purchased an apartment recently. Mike has continued to keep us up to date with suitable properties, in a market he obviously knows very well. He has gone out of his way on multiple occasions to show us properties, at our convenience, including on weekends and public holidays. He has always been friendly and respectful, and we have not felt at all pressured as potential buyers. His communication has been exceptional. I would happily buy again with Mike Carter.

We recently sold our unit with Shaun and his team. They were excellent to deal with. We were going through a family crisis at the time and Shaun and his team kept the sale moving along for us. Everything they said they would do they delivered on. They were always professional and kept us in the loop through their communication. Shaun knows the Gold Coast market well too, so he was able to find the right buyer!

I’ve seen Shaun’s name around the Gold Coast for several years but I didn’t think he could possibly live up to his reputation. He did! Shaun and his team were fantastic to work with; clear, concise and achieved a great sales result. I will definitely be back to use Shaun’s professional, slick and first-class customer service again!
