Nenad was lovely to meet and ended up being the right person for us when purchasing our first Real Estate in Qld. He was very friendly and attentive to our needs and very accomodating as we were on a tight schedule, so he did not waste our time. We found him to be honest and genuine and we have had only positive interaction in the process so far. I would highly recommend and put your trust in this agent.

I engaged Dave to sell 3 acreage properties in beautiful Currumbin Valley. All properties were very unique in their own special way and each needed some extra attention to get them to market. Dave rolled up his sleeves and did all the hard work and heavy lifting. The marketing team at Harcourts are fantastic and the visual results were outstanding. All three properties were sold on the same day at auction. I can recommend Dave and his experience without hesitation.

Nenad was born easy to deal with and very capable. His understanding of the market was accurate and I appreciated the way he kept me informed throughout the process. I made it a condition of the sale that he help my tenant find an affordable alternative. Although this was not under his direct control he did everything he could to assist. He was polite and considerate both to me and the tenant. He worked hard to achieve the best possible result. The property was sold prior to auction.

A great experience in a slowing market, always positive, with good advice. Worked hard and the open homes produced a buyer for the right price and short settlement.

It was a pleasure working with Daniel. He is an incredibly effective agent who gets on with the job quickly and with a minimum of fuss. He achieved a great result with the sale of my apartment, and in a much quicker time frame than I was expecting. His recommendations along the way were also on point. Thanks Daniel!

The thing we loved about selling our apartment with Trish Walls was that she had local knowledge of the immediate area and it's surrounds and the building itself. She could promote it with personal and professional understanding. Trish truly cared about finding the right buyers for our apartment which made the process of selling seamless. We are so grateful to have worked with her on our Genesis apartment sale and would recommend her highly.

Ilona provided awesome service and advice and she was absolutely brilliant from the first moment I met her right through to the sale and even checking in to see how we were going after the sale providing even more advice. Ilona is professional in every way. I never felt pressured in fact it was the opposite she was alway encouraging and respectful. I highly recommend Ilona to anyone looking to sell their home. We can’t. Thank you enough, Ilona.
