Simplicity is virtue in my books, and Ben definitely has that. The process of buying a house (in my case first home buyer) was really confusing, all the market jargon and technicality. Some of that stuff really goes over your head, but Ben really simplified all of that. Ben overall is a great agent, friendly, well spoken, always a phone call away if there was something you were not sure about. If a friend was searching for a home and wanted to know a good agent, I would immediately say "Call Ben James, really good agent".

After being recommended to go with Ben to sell my house, from start to finish Ben has more than professional and accommodating with all our needs.
