Simplicity is virtue in my books, and Ben definitely has that. The process of buying a house (in my case first home buyer) was really confusing, all the market jargon and technicality. Some of that stuff really goes over your head, but Ben really simplified all of that. Ben overall is a great agent, friendly, well spoken, always a phone call away if there was something you were not sure about. If a friend was searching for a home and wanted to know a good agent, I would immediately say "Call Ben James, really good agent".

After being recommended to go with Ben to sell my house, from start to finish Ben has more than professional and accommodating with all our needs. I did request Ben to accept an offer to which he advised to give him the lenience to do his job and from that I got over and above the asking price for my property. Ben James came recommended to us by a friend with 100% enthusiasm and now we understand why. I was not really looking forward to the emotional and physical side of selling my childhood home after my dad’s passing. From our first appointment with Ben to get advice on preparing to sell I was confident he was the right agent to go with. I live in Penrith and was unable to be physically at the house at times for meet ups with various inspectors. Ben was only a phone call away for me and he would reply “Yep not a problem I will get on to that for you Jo”. His knowledge of local contacts also greatly helped me. Throughout this whole process Ben truly went above and beyond. I didn’t realise it at the time Ben not only helped sell the house but he was also helping me emotionally say goodbye to the home. I feel Ben James is not a “typical real estate agent” he is more than that he is a kind person and you will see, hear and feel this through his professionalism for selling your home, looking after you the vendor and helping the purchaser/s with finding their future home too.
