At our initial interview with Ben he was able to demonstrate the value levels of properties within the area and place our property within the appropriate price range. At all times Ben was prompt and lucid in all communications; answering our questions keeping us fully informed about potential buyers and his negotiations with them. He kept us informed about the needs of the eventual buyer and readily assisted us in meeting them.
