To be perfectly honest I was not looking forward to the whole process of selling my property. I am on my own and quite nervous about the whole experience. Jarath was an easy decision. He knows a lot about the market and I could see how he was going to make this an easy experience. Jarath would call me at 9pm to give me updates as he knows my days are busy. He dealt and gave access to all my tradesmen and cleaners as I did not live near by. I was always kept up to date with the process and in the end I received a great result as Jarath brought the buyer up 20K.
