Our first contact with Harcourts was via the website when we enquired about a house we liked. We were impressed that we instantly received a detailed document comprehensively explaining everything about the property listing and what was included in every room. There was even information regarding strata, the local area and a short overview of the property from the owners perspective. This enabled us to make an informed decision to view the property. Our first open house viewing went very well as the property was exactly as listed in the advertised pictures. Other properties we had looked at left us disappointed due to having pictures advertised that did not reflect the current condition of the house (pictures that make rooms look larger). Michael was very authentic, personable and we felt he was very honest when answering our many questions. Being new to purchasing in NSW, Michael educated and facilitated us through the entire buying process. We had several conversations over the next week which resulted in Michael organising a private viewing which resulted in us submitting an offer to purchase.
