Refreshingly honest. Communication exceptional. Set and met service expectations. Honest evaluation of property and suggestions for best approach to market. Advised of, but quickly sorted all issues without impost on us. Provided excellent feedback before and after each Open House, including backbriefing me and following up with all interested parties. Always returned phonecalls and emails. This was my mother's deceased estate, and his compassion and empathy in dealing with the family was most appreciated.
