While searching for our first home, we spent over six months viewing properties and speaking with agents in the area. We eventually found our dream home which was listed by Ben James. Ben was extremely friendly and helpful from our first meeting and explained at the start that council approval for the property's new garage was not finalised. We rented our home for five years through Michael prior to selling through him as well. While the property was rented everything always ran smoothly, they were on top of any issue straight away. We had a couple of hiccups through the buying process that were beyond anyones control and Michael and his team handled it brilliantly.
