We rented our home for five years through Michael prior to selling through him as well. While the property was rented everything always ran smoothly, they were on top of any issue straight away. We had a couple of hiccups through the buying process that were beyond anyones control and Michael and his team handled it brilliantly. Couldn't recommend him and his team highly enough as rental agents or for buying/selling.

This was the first time I had used Michael and I found him to be very professional from the initial point of contact right through to the timely sale of our property. Michael is very knowledgeable in all things real estate, an excellent communicator, always professional in appearance and manner and very easy to talk to as well. Michael always kept us informed of the processes and progress of all aspects of the sale and was very easy to reach. I found that Michael is very flexible and will give you as much or as little information as you prefer and will tailor his communication to suit your needs and lifestyle. I also found Michael to be an excellent judge of character and he was quickly able to sort out the genuine buyers from the tyre kickers. We were extremely happy with the sale price Michael achieved for us and the time it took to sell was less than expected.
