In the months prior to going on the market I researched local estate agents and how they conducted themselves. Ben James was always the standout. In the lead up to the sale Ben provided me with lots of useful information.He never pestered me once, just popped it in the mail. I was impressed from our first meeting. Ben had a genuine respect for both myself and my house. Other agents just put us in a slot, but with Ben we were individuals. Ben was thorough and professional, he kept me informed throughout the entire sale process. Going that extra mile Ben worked tirelessly and every conversation ended with "is there anything else I can do for you?" I first met Michael when I bought my property in 2006. I was so impressed with the after service and the fact he called me in the following years to see how I was going etc. if I had any questions he was more than willing to help. It was a no brainer when it came time for me to sell that he was part of the team to do it. I feel he is more a friend than an agent. When I am ready to look into getting into the market again I will definitely be in touch again.

But he is also a very approachable and professional young man, he builds a great rapport with his clients, and is very tuned in to their needs and questions.
