Well where to start We all know just how stressful the thought of selling up and moving can be....(especially when you have not done this for 39 years) and it was all true, but Ben James was so comforting,and so professional all the way through that I have managed to survive .....and the result was spot on I could not have been happier with the final outcome. This year when the time came to sell one of our investment properties we didn't hesitate in going straight to Ben to get the deal done. He is a straight shooter and an all round good bloke. Ben was recommended through family as they had dealt with Ben previously. As we all do comparisons and try to shop the market to find a better deal I had contacted two separate agents, one agent cancelled to a later date due to the Xmas holidays and lack of committed staff. I received a call from Ben and explained my situation with work commitments in which Ben explained that while he was currently not scheduled to work Ben still showed up and explained the process and requirements. From the start communication was high and I was always updated with what was going on. We are extremely happy with the outcome that Ben has achieved for us and admire his commitment to his role remembering that behind the scenes is a family that makes these sacrifices too. I appreciated the honesty when it came time to advertise the home which separated Ben from just being another sales agent to ensuring the client/customer came first, at no stage did I feel it was just another sale on Ben's portfolio.
