I have been looking for a property in the Illawarra for approximately 6 months. I have had dealing with many agents. Some were polite but not helpful. Others were rude derogatory and under handed. Then there is Michael. Friendly , polite, helpful , informative and above all nothing was to much trouble. He has made the experience so easy. He even arranged to meet at the property so we could measure the windows for blinds before settlement. It's hard to find a good agent that you can trust, really hard. Michael delivered 10/10 service and went above and beyond for our Family. He walked into a deceased estate which had several challenges. At all times he stepped up, worked hard and never complained. Michael was kind, responsive, knowledgable and professional. He organised everything he could from garage sales to clean up crews and ultimately avhieved a great result (not just a sale). Selling a house I believe can be highly stressful, especially when we live more than 5 hours away from the property. Ben James went above and beyond his duties as a real estate agent even to the point he organised our lawns to be mowed during the sale and settlement period. Ben is extremely friendly and has great communication skills. Ben would contact us on a daily basis if not numerous times a day with updates. He was up to date with the latest marketing strategies that would help sell our property. Overall I would highly recommend Ben and use him again to sell or to purchase property.

Ben first made contact with me about 1 year after we moved in our home. It was a letter congratulating us on our first anniverary in our house. My wife and I are retired Estate Agents from Queensland and are aware of the complaints that people have against Agents. The number one complaint is communication and with Ben we were kept up to date all the way. Our home was listed for $450,000 to $490,000. We only had a Friday evening V.I.P. inspections for clients already on their books and an open house on the Saturday before it was sold.
