Ben was recommended through family as they had dealt with Ben previously. As we all do comparisons and try to shop the market to find a better deal I had contacted two separate agents, one agent cancelled to a later date due to the Xmas holidays and lack of committed staff. I received a call from Ben and explained my situation with work commitments in which Ben explained that while he was currently not scheduled to work Ben still showed up and explained the process and requirements. From the start communication was high and I was always updated with what was going on. We are extremely happy with the outcome that Ben has achieved for us and admire his commitment to his role remembering that behind the scenes is a family that makes these sacrifices too. I have been looking for a property in the Illawarra for approximately 6 months. I have had dealing with many agents. Some were polite but not helpful. Others were rude derogatory and under handed. Then there is Michael. Friendly , polite, helpful , informative and above all nothing was to much trouble. He has made the experience so easy. He even arranged to meet at the property so we could measure the windows for blinds before settlement.
