After spending what seemed to be an eternity saving my deposit, I was finally ready to buy my first home. As is normal practice, I sent off emails to many local agents, asking to be placed on their database. After only 2 days I recieved my first email from Ben James at Harcourts Dapto. Ben summed up my situation perfectly; single, first home buyer, not much deposit. Unlike other agents who sent me emails about properties I could not afford in two lifetimes, Ben knew what I was after. I looked at few houses with him, he knew the market well and never tried to push me into making a decision. He was honest and showed me both the positives and negatives of each house. When I finally took the plunge, Ben was in almost daily contact with me. This was so reassuring, as I was bit of a nervous wreck, in making such a life changing decision.
