I found the staff at harcourt very good, easy to deal with, very quick to get any problems solved and very polite and friendly , nothing seemed to much of a problem for the staff, I haven’t rented for many years and a lot of things have changed, they were very helpful explaining to me all the new procedures as a lot of these are now online , I would have no problems recommending harcourt at Arundel to any of my friends and intend to use them in the future when I am buying a property Great experience

Harcourts Arundel have been my agents for the past 12 years. I have nothing but praise for them. I leave everything up to them and all maintenance and repairs have been handled without any problems or shoddy workmanship. I even had A/C installed without lifting a finger. I have just had the unit refurbished which they handled and coordinated on their own without me being inconvenienced. Highly recommended.

We rang Harcourts about renting a house and was interested in inspecting it asap. To our surprise they said “ what time suits you today”. We rented the house and the whole process was easy and they were very keen to make sure that everything was right, even offering to take call over the weekend if there was any issues. Recently we had a tenant end a lease on our Arundel property and we took the opportunity to refurbish the house. Harcourts Arundel, through Neil, organised all the work of painting the property inside and out and this also included all remedial work that was necessary prior to the painting. The internal work also included new window blinds and carpets throughout. All this work has been carried out very expeditiously and has enabled the next tenant to move in within 2 of the previous tenant leaving. If anything in the property requires replacing or repair we have found that Neil deals with it urgently and at a reasonable price. We would recommend the team at Harcourts Arundel to anyone looking for a reliable property manager.
