Was able to find a tenant for us in a short period of time, especially over the busy Christmas period. Good communication and regular updates. Very knowledgeable and experienced with rental property management.

Harcourts Arundel handled it all, didn't have to do anything ourselves. Highly recommend the team to take care of your property.

We entrusted our investment properties to Amy & Lynda about 12 months ago. To say that I am a fussy person and want everything just right is an understatement. The ladies at Harcourts have consistently amazed me with the quality of the service. One of our investment properties came up for lease and Harcourts promised me a substantial increase in rent. Harcourts have managed to lease the property for more than they indicated. We are very happy with Harcourts
