Being new to the Rental agency business we really can't compare Harcourts Arundel with other agencies but in saying that we feel they would have to be as good if not better than the rest because of their courtesy, efficiency and all-round excellence of service.

Neil, Lynda and Amy have always been such a pleasure to deal with. They actually answer the phone when you call you office! It's very rare to find a property manager that will actually return your call let alone take your call when you phone and ask to speak with them. Our dealings with the team have always been hassle free and their response time to applications and maintenance requests has always been prompt. I would recommend Neil, Lynda and Amy to anyone looking for a rental property. They go above and beyond to help you find a suitable property and really look after you if you're a good tenant.

Very smooth process when organizing all the paperwork required for securing a rental property. Very prompt response with queries, I only had one very small issue upon taking the rental. It was resolved promptly and without any ongoing issues. From my experiences, I would recommend this agency for anyone wishing to secure a rental property in the Arundel/Parkwood area.
