Communication from Neil and his team has been great. My property was tenanted quickly, at a good price and I’ve been keep informed throughout which is a huge step up in service compared with other property managers I’ve used. I highly recommend the team.

We’ve only recently engaged Harcourts as our Property Managers, but they have been very professional and helpful every step of the way. I particularly appreciated the due diligence demonstrated in selecting the right tenants for our house. I was very grateful for the assistance I received from Neil to get ‘last minute’ things in place and ready for the tenants. When you hand over the keys to a brand new house, it’s comforting to know that the Property Managers you’ve selected are the right ones to manage your investment. We look forward to building a long term business relationship.

From the start to the end this agent Harcourt Arundal was so easy to deal with the owner Neil was there to do the open home and he was a great person to deal with and it followed through to the reception Amy which made it all happen so easy I was so suprising happy. I wish all agents were this good to deal with thanks Harcourts Arundel Warm Regards Tony Bachlinzanakis.

Neil and the team at Harcourts Arundel have been looking after our investment properties for several years now. I have found that they are proactive with performing site visits, providing detailed condition reports including photos of the property and report any maintenance concerns. Recently we listed one of our properties with Shelley and the property was sold within the first two weeks it was listed. Once again, the professionalism demonstrated with the listing and sale was commendable! Bill

Neil and his property management team Dot and Amy have always been incredibly efficient and helpful - as tenants sometimes things arise with the properties and the team at Harcourts have always had matters resolved in a timely manner, nothing is ever too much trouble and they have always been very professional and friendly - if you were considering letting your rental property in the Parkwood/Arundel areas they would be my first choice as an agent - as the service they have provided us has been leaps and bounds above any other agents we have dealt with on the Gold Coast
